Slide1If you’re looking for a therapist, it is likely that you’ve tried everything else and nothing has worked. You’re ready for something new.

Starting psychotherapy simply takes a willingness to show up. This sounds simple, but it is often the hardest part. Though starting therapy can be exciting, it may also feel very nerve-wracking, as well.

I’d encourage you to call me and get a sense of what it feels like to talk with me on the phone.

From there, we can set up an initial appointment, or I can direct you to a therapist that might better meet your needs.

If we do set up a time to meet, your task will be simply to arrive.

And we’ll go from there.
