Starting psychotherapy simply takes a willingness to show up. This sounds simple, but it is often the hardest part. Though starting therapy can be exciting, it may also feel very nerve-wracking, as well.

From there, we can set up an initial appointment, or I can direct you to a therapist that might better meet your needs.
If we do set up a time to meet, your task will be simply to arrive.
